About Me

I am a third-year PhD student in the Department of Operations Research at Columbia University. I am very fortunate to work with Prof. Garud Iyengar, Prof. Jay Sethuraman, and Prof. Hongseok Namkoong. From 2019 to 2021, I spent two years at Georgia Tech ISyE as a graduate student studying statistics and mathematics. I also completed an undergraduate degree in economics from East China Normal University, while working full-time (joined in 2016 as a founding member) at a FinTech startup (NASDAQ: QFIN and HKEX:3660) in China, focusing on ML problems.

Broadly, my research develops models and algorithms for reliable and responsbile decision making tailored for modern operations. I use techniques from optimization, stochastic modeling, learning theory, and game theory.
